Who we are
Dayne Goodheart is a dedicated safety, clean-energy, and construction professional whose career spans many years of hands-on work, technical expertise, and community-focused service. He has built a reputation for pairing deep field experience with a sincere commitment to helping people work safely and sustainably.
Dayne holds several respected credentials, including:
• Authorized Outreach Trainer for OSHA Construction, delivering critical workplace safety education;
• Certified American Red Cross Instructor, teaching CPR, first aid, and emergency response;
• Building Performance Institute (BPI) Certified Energy Auditor, assessing and improving energy efficiency in homes and facilities.
Through his work at GRID Alternatives, Dayne consulted with numerous tribal communities- helping them take bold, meaningful steps toward energy sovereignty through all aspects of residential and commercial solar projects, job training for community members, and technical support. GRID Alternatives’ programs emphasize hands-on workforce development and clean-energy access for historically underserved communities.
Today, Dayne brings his passion for safety, sustainability, and community empowerment to Thrive Safety Solutions as the Director of Technical Training. Dayne leads on-site trainings, energy audits, and resilience-building programs that help organizations and individuals create safer workplaces and more self-sufficient communities.
